In the future, long after you're gone, no one will have to wonder what you might think about such-and-such or this-and-that because they'll know precisely what you'll think about that thing that's scheduled to happen 100 or 200 years from now. You're going to tell them right here, right now.

So when it's all said and done, no one will ever have to say things like "What would our Founding Fathers think about the addition of time travel as the right of every American in the new and improved constitution?" or "What would grandma think about my dating a Rombosian from Planet Sprague?" Tell them how you feel.

Part I

Read About Death Sentences and How to Create a Death Sentence first.
Go to the Your Death Sentences page.
Click either the Add a Page or click here.
Important:

Name your new page with your first and last name, or fist name and first three letters of your last name (e.g. "Jennifer Holiday-Parks" or "JenniferHol").

Next, select "Create Your Own Death Sentence" from the Use Template drop-down box.

Follow the instructions on that page to create your own death sentence (see below).

Part II

Replace the photo to the left with one of your beautiful, shining visage.
Replace the name, birth year, and city and state with your own.
Answer as many questions below as you'd like. Type your answer in the cell immediately below the question.
Delete items 1-7 (this list) before saving your page.
Share the link to your page with Death Sentence members.
Share the link to your page with friends and family.
Visit often to add to and update your page.

Death Sentences are about leaving your history now for the future inhabitants of this planet.
When I was younger, I often wondered what my great-great-grandparents might have thought about the betamax, or color television, or the liberal use of the word "damn" on tv and movies (side note: once upon a time, the use of the word "damn" even once meant a movie would be rated R). I figured maybe my children's children would wonder how I might have felt about such-and-such and this-and-that.
Hence, the Death Sentence.
Answer questions as though you were being asked from the future. It's that simple.

Surgery is now performed by hundreds of micro-robots. There is never a need for surgical tools other than the initial incision. What are your thoughts on this?

We can remold our entire faces and parts of our bodies to look any way we wish; what do you think?

Most people don't exercise anymore; we use equipment that you sit or stand in, and it literally stimulates muscles with electricity to achieve the same effect as physical exercise. Would you use such equipment?

There is no longer a US Presidency; our government has gone back to a Greek Senate structure. What do you think?

Not long ago, the West Coast , parts of the East Coast, as well as Japan were permanently covered by water. Is there anything you will miss about these areas?

We've started vacationing on the moon. Would you have ever visited?

The environment has gotten so irreparably filthy that many of our cities are built under domes. What do you think about that?

Most of our learning is done by downloading the information into our brains. Would you have wanted to learn that way?

Instead of the archaic death penalty methods, we now vaporize people. Do you agree with this method?

We moving towards one planetary government. No longer will countries b separately governed. Would you have been open to this type of government?

Aliens have made their presence known and are regularly interacting with our leaders and teaching our civilization great things. Would you have wanted to meet or learn from an alien?

There has been consideration for inter-species marriages--specifically marriages between humans and our alien friends. Would you have been supportive of this?
