1. Read About Death Sentences and How to Create a Death Sentence first.
2. Go to the Your Death Sentences page.
3. Click either the Add a Page or click here (after reading the rest of this page)..
4. Important:
   

• Name your new page with your first and last name, or fist name and first three letters of your last name (e.g. "Jennifer Holiday-Parks" or "JenniferHol").

• Next, select "Create Your Own Death Sentence" from the Use Template drop-down box.
  

1. Follow the instructions on that page to create your own death sentence (see below).

1. Replace the photo to the left with one of your beautiful, shining visage.
2. Replace the name, birth year, and city and state with your own.
3. Answer as many questions below as you'd like. Type your answer in the cell immediately below the question.
   
4. Delete items 1-7 (this list) before saving your page.
   
5. Share the link to your page with Death Sentence members.
   
6. Share the link to your page with friends and family.
7. Visit often to add to and update your page.

- This goes without saying, but please create only one Death Sentence page for yourself.

- Please do not edit the Death Sentence pages of others. For obvious reasons, it is best for them to be responsible for their own immortality.
